On May fourth a cinco de Mayo celebration was held at Moreno Valley college. The

event included activities such as dancing, getting raffle tickets and eating tacos.


The celebration was very lively with people sharing smiles and stories while enjoying the atmosphere.

This past Tuesday, the 24th, Moreno Valley College held it’s annual Thanksgiving Celebration. The celebration at The Lion’s Den was very festive with decorations, banners and smiling faces. A sense of thankfulness and gratitude was in the air.

The Puente and Spanish Club held a Day of the Dead event on November 3rd at the Moreno Valley College.

Day of the Dead is a Mexican holiday that is widely celebrated by many cultures in the world.  It is when friends and family come together to remember those who have passed away.

Moreno Valley College’s Halloween Valley was a sight to behold with both students and families enjoying great music, games, and winning prizes.

On October 30th from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Halloween Valley blew away students as well as children and families who attended.  It was both scary and a very educational event.
